At Fragrance One, we are committed to providing our customers with high-quality authentic fragrance samples. Due to the nature of our products, we have a strict refund and return policy to maintain hygiene and quality standards. Please review the policy carefully before making a purchase.
Return of samples and decants
Due to hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns or exchanges on fragrance samples, decants, or full bottles. All sales are final.
However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@shopfragranceone.com for assistance.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please follow these steps:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@shopfragranceone.com with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the product and packaging
- Our team will review your request and may offer:
- A replacement if available
- A store credit if a replacement is unavailable
- A partial refund in special cases
If a replacement is issued, you may be required to return the damaged or incorrect product at our discretion.
Lost or Stolen Packages
Once an order is marked delivered by the carrier, we are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your package is missing, please check with your local post office and file a claim with the shipping carrier. We recommend selecting insured shipping at checkout for added protection.
Fragrance Sample Disclaimer
We guarantee that all our fragrances are 100% authentic and decanted from original bottles. Samples are hand-poured into sterile vials and do not come in retail packaging. Due to variations in batch production, minor scent differences may occur.
